Financiele Update: Lavide sluit nieuwe convertible loan note met Frank van Empelen
26 december’17 is er een overeenkomst gesloten met Frank van Empelen welke middels een convertible loan note 15.000 EUR ter beschikking heeft gesteld aan Lavide. De convertible loan note is na 15 juli’18 om te zetten in 18.000 aandelen A in Lavide. Aanvullend heeft Frank van Empelen een optierecht gekregen voor het beschikbaar stellen van de 15000 EUR om voor 15.000 EUR, 18.000 aandelen A te verwerven na 15 juli’18.
