Lavide Holding NV heeft vandaag een AVA uitgeroepen te houden op 23 juli 2018. Op de agenda van de AVA wordt in stemming gebracht benoeming van A.A.G.A. Franken als bestuurder van Lavide, om benoeming mogelijk te maken treedt per vandaag A.A.G.A. Franken af als commissaris van Lavide.
