Lavide Holding NV (“Lavide”) is pleased to announce that the semi-annual accounts for the period ending 30 June 2025 prepared by the Board of Directors is published. The semi-annual accounts 2025 will be accompanied by a quarterly update for the period ending 30 June 2025.
Below some of the most relevant highlights.
Audit 2024 and Removal Penalty Bench
The audited 2024 financial statements were made public on 25 April 2025, in line with planning, and adopted at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 11 June 2025. On May 12, 2025, Euronext Amsterdam confirmed via Market Notice that Lavide Holding has been lifted from the penalty bench and allowed again to the main market.
Private Working Capital Raise
As announced in the Investor Update, Lavide Holding secured EUR 1.5 million in working capital financing early May. This ensures sufficient liquidity for the further execution of Lavide’s business plans.
Private Placement
Lavide aims to raise between EUR 20-25 million to kick-off its business strategy. As of June 1, 2025, the subscription period has begun. Lavide expects to close this Private Placement towards the end 2025.
