Publication of Semi-Annual Accounts 2026

Lavide Holding NV (“Lavide”) is pleased to announce that the semi-annual accounts for the period ending 30 June 2026 prepared by the Board of Directors is published. 

Below some of the most relevant highlights.

Audit 2025

The audited 2025 financial statements were made public on 29 April 2026, in line with planning, and adopted at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 17 June 2026.

Reverse Listing

The deadline for the reverse listing process has been extended to Q4 2026. In consultation with Euronext Amsterdam, the intention is to finalize the reverse listing together with the previously announced private and public placements.
