Lavide tekent engagement-letter met OOB-accountant

Lavide Holding NV (‘Lavide’) is verheugd te kunnen melden dat het onboarding-proces met GCP-auditors succesvol is afgerond. Met het tekenen van de engagement-letter tussen Lavide en OOB-accountant GCP-auditors is de relatie tussen beide bedrijven bevestigd en heeft Lavide de zekerheid dat de jaarcijfers van 2024 door een OOB-accountant beoordeeld zullen gaan worden.
Aandeelhouders van Lavide hebben op 11 juni hun goedkeuring gegeven om ook de jaarcijfers 2023 door GCP te laten goedkeuren. Lavide is hierover in overleg met GCP. Lavide zal de strafbank van Euronext kunnen verlaten zodra gecontroleerde jaarcijfers bij de AFM gedeponeerd zijn.

Lavide signs engagement letter with PIE auditor

Lavide Holding NV (‘Lavide’) is pleased to announce that the onboarding process with GCP auditors has been successfully completed. By signing the engagement letter between Lavide and PIE-auditor GCP auditors, the relationship between both companies has been confirmed and Lavide has the certainty that the 2024 annual accounts will be assessed by a PIE-auditor.
Lavide shareholders gave their approval on June 11th to also have the 2023 annual accounts approved by GCP. Lavide is in consultation with GCP about this. Lavide will be able to leave Euronext’s penalty box as soon as audited annual figures have been submitted to the AFM.
