Correctie: Financiële update Lavide
Kuikens BV (de vennootschap van dhr. Kok) heeft een convertible loan note volgestort ter waarde van EUR 130.000 conform eerder gemaakte afspraken. Eerder is gecommuniceerd dat EUR 45.000 van de convertibele loan note omgezet zou worden naar 90.000 aandelen. Dit dient EUR 50.000 van de convertible loan note te zijn wat wordt omgezet naar 100.000 aandelen.
